Delivery Information 

We aim to make delivery simple, fast, and reliable. Shipping costs depend on your location, order size, and the item's cubic meters (CBM). 

How to Get Your Final Shipping Cost To see the final, all-inclusive delivery cost, simply: 

1. Add the item(s) to your shopping cart. 

2. Click View Cart at the top of the page. 

3. Select Estimate Shipping & Tax and enter your full delivery postcode. The system will display the final, non-negotiable shipping cost based on the service tiers below. This cost will not change at checkout.

Delivery Rates

To comply with Google Merchant Center's price accuracy policy, we have defined the following guaranteed maximum rates. These rates are final and include freight insurance.

Melbourne (Metro & Regional VIC) $225 Covers standard items; larger items may incur higher rates.

Cost depends on item CBM. Max rate is $350 for large items.

Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast (QLD Metro) From $275 Includes freight insurance; up to 2 cubic metres. Regular scheduled delivery run.

Max rate of $400 for regional VIC/large orders.

Central Coast (NSW Regional) $225 Standard delivery for most items; larger items may cost more.

Max rate of $500 for regional areas/large orders.

ACT $275 Standard delivery; final cost may vary for large items.

Cost depends on item CBM.

NSW Regional / Rest of NSW $325 Standard delivery; large items may incur additional cost.

Due to distance, transit time is extended. Max rate of $1,200 for large items.

Estimated Delivery Times

Handling Time: In-stock items require 1-3 business days to process and prepare for the carrier.

Total Delivery Time (Handing + Transit):

  • Sydney Metro: 3-5 business days

  • VIC/QLD Metro: 7-14 business days

  • WA/SA/Remote: Up to 21 business days

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

A. Faulty or Damaged Items (ACL Rights)

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or does not meet the legal consumer guarantees:

  • Notification: You must contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery is recommended).
  • Resolution: We will happily arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you, including covering all return shipping fees.

B. Change of Mind Returns (14 Days)

If you wish to return a non-faulty item for a refund or exchange:

  • Return Window: You may return the item within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • Fees & Charges:
    • Restocking Fee: Change of mind returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
    • Return Freight: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for all return freight charges.

Please Note: Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, only returns under the ACL (if faulty).
